Dahlia bouquets begin when nature is ready, usually mid-August. Expect an evolving palette of dahlias, beautiful filler flowers, foliage, and other fleeting summer treasures.

All bouquets are available for pickup in South Knoxville. If you’d like your flowers delivered, please add the delivery option to your order before checkout.

✨ Petite 
A small, graceful bouquet meant for intimate spaces—a kitchen table, bedside, or writing desk. Hand-tied with 8–12 stems of locally grown blooms and foliage, each arrangement feels personal, effortless, and full of charm.

🌸 Classique 
Our signature size and most popular choice. Designed for everyday elegance, each bouquet includes 15–20 stems of focal flowers, seasonal fillers, and lush greenery. Perfect for the dining table, entryway, or anywhere beauty belongs.

💐 Luxe 
An abundant, garden-style bouquet overflowing with texture, fragrance, and color. Crafted with 22–30 stems, this generous arrangement is ideal for special occasions—or for anyone who believes you can never have too many flowers.

By joining our bouquet subscription, you’re becoming part of the Fleur Sauvage Atelier community—an intimate partnership between grower and flower lover. This model of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) helps sustain our local flower farm through the full growing season. Your advance purchase allows us to plan, plant, and nurture the blooms that will fill your future bouquets.

Nature has her own rhythms, and while every effort is made to provide a full, abundant season, occasional crop losses or delays can occur due to weather or unforeseen conditions. In the rare case of a crop failure or shortened bloom period, we’ll make it right—with alternate flowers, adjusted delivery dates, or an additional bouquet later in the season.
